I’m trying to play back a freebie DVD here on Windows XP, and having a helluva a time. It’s whinging incessantly about not having the correct decoder installed to play back DVD, and suggesting that I download crap 3rd party programs to fill the gap. Linux can do it out the box, why can’t Windows? This is insane :-/
To annoy me even more, these 3rd party people want money…
