How cool is this? 
Raid5 Reshaping, for all your Raid5 resizing needs. I loved the rebuild option of Openmanage to dynamically resize your hardware raid array on Dell kit, but with software raid you were limited to raidreconf, which was hairy to say the least. To finally have raid5 rebuilding in mdadm and the kernel is a blessing, and something I’m really looking forward to testing myself.
