I see the LPI are beta testing their new LPIC-3 exams in the near future. It’ll be a nice compliment to the current 2 levels that are currently in use. It’s going to focus on Samba and LDAP, which I quite enjoy working with anyway. I can see where they’re coming from, with the trend in directory systems and Linux/Windows integration playing a big part. Hey, even Samba v4 is coming with a new and upgraded Vampire to sook the life out of Active Directory.
Now, I should sit my Level 2 exam sometime…
